外国人及其结婚对象符合本国法律规定的可以在中国结婚。

Foreigners and their marriage partners can marry in China if they comply with the laws of their country.

法律依据：

Legal basis.

1、《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零四十九条 要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。

1. Article 1049 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China Article 1049 A man and a woman who wish to marry shall apply in person to the marriage registration office for registration of the marriage. Where the provisions of this Law are met, the marriage shall be registered and a marriage certificate shall be issued. The completion of the registration of marriage shall establish the marriage relationship. If the marriage has not been registered, the registration shall be made up.

办理结婚登记的外国人应当出具下列证件和证明材料：

A foreigner registering a marriage shall produce the following documents and supporting evidence.

(一)本人的有效护照或者其他有效的国际旅行证件;

(i) A valid passport or other valid international travel document;

(二)所在国公证机构或者有权机关出具的、经中华人民共和国驻该国使(领)馆认证或者该国驻华使(领)馆认证的本人无配偶的证明，或者所在国驻华使(领)馆出具的本人无配偶的证明。

( ii) A certificate issued by a notary public or a competent authority of the host country, certified by the embassy (or consulate) of the People's Republic of China in that country or certified by the embassy (or consulate) of that country in China that he or she has no spouse, or a certificate issued by the embassy (or consulate) of the host country in China that he or she has no spouse.

那如果涉外婚姻是再婚呢？需要哪些文件？

外籍需要提供：

Foreign nationals are required to provide.

1.本人护照或其他身份、国籍证件;

1. Your passport or other identity or nationality document;

2.我公安机关签发的《外国人居留证件》或外事部门颁发的身份证件，或临时来华的入境、居留证件;

2. A Residence Permit for Foreigners issued by our public security authorities or an identity document issued by the foreign affairs department, or an entry or residence permit for temporary entry into China;

3.经本国外交部(或外交部授权机关)和我驻该国使、领馆认证的由本国公证机关出具的婚姻状况证明;或该国驻华使、领馆出具的婚姻状况证明;

3. A certificate of marital status issued by a notary public in the country of origin, certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or an authorized authority of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and the embassy or consulate of the country of origin; or a certificate of marital status issued by the embassy or consulate of the country of origin;

4.再婚者的离婚证件或配偶死亡证明(离婚证件需经我国驻该国使(领)馆认证，或由该国使领馆直接认证)。

4. A divorce document or a certificate of death of the spouse of a person who has remarried (the divorce document must be certified by the embassy (consulate) of China in the country or directly by the embassy or consulate of the country).

按照我国法律，申请结婚的中国公民和外国人、港、澳、台同胞、华侨及出国人员，男年龄不得早于22周岁，女不得早于20周岁。：

According to our law, the age of Chinese citizens and foreigners, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, overseas Chinese and expatriates applying for marriage must not be earlier than 22 years old for men and 20 years old for women. ：

内地居民应当出具下列证件和证明材料：

Mainland residents should produce the following documents and supporting evidence.

本人的户口簿、身份证；本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的签字声明。

A signed declaration that I have no spouse and that I am not related to the other party by blood in the direct line or by consanguinity within three generations.

双方都是外国人，是否可以在中国注册结婚？

Can both parties be foreigners and can they register their marriage in China?

根据民政部2019年3月29日公布的《民政部公告第456号》，“双方均非内地居民在内地办理结婚登记时提交的其本国承认其在国外办理结婚登记效力的证明材料”因没有法律依据被取消。取消后，双方均为外国人的结婚登记不再办理。

According to the Announcement of the Ministry of Civil Affairs No. 456 published by the Ministry of Civil Affairs on 29 March 2019, the "documentary proof of recognition of the validity of marriage registration abroad by the home country of both parties who are not mainland residents when registering a marriage in the Mainland" has been abolished as it has no legal basis. After the abolition, the registration of marriages where both parties are foreigners will no longer be processed.

根据中国现行法律法规，双方都是外国人，在中国不能登记结婚。

申请结婚的中国公民和外国人，应向婚姻管理登记机关交纳婚姻证书工本费和登记手续费。所需翻译费用由本人自付。

Chinese nationals and foreigners applying for marriage shall pay the marriage certificate fee and the registration fee to the marriage administration registration office. The cost of the required translation shall be paid by the person himself/herself.
